This scenario-driven, self-paced eLearning course was designed in Adobe Captivate to introduce our staff to the Graduation Approach, a globally recognized framework for poverty alleviation.
Through interactive elements, real-world case studies, and knowledge checks, learners explore the five key components of the approach—Coaching, Consumption Support, Savings, Skills Training, and Productive Assets—while understanding how they are sequenced for maximum impact.
By the end of this course, learners will gain practical insights into how the Graduation Approach supports sustainable livelihoods and resilience, equipping them with foundational knowledge to engage effectively in program implementation and monitoring.
