Background & Experience: I have a deep appreciation for education, training, and development. I earned my degree from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. My career spans training, instructional design, and knowledge management, supporting learning initiatives in course development, instructional strategy, and evaluation, particularly in humanitarian assistance and crisis response.
Current Role & Focus: As Deputy Team Lead for Instructional Design and Media, I specialize in eLearning, multimedia, instructional design, and project management. I develop engaging learning solutions that enhance knowledge retention and team effectiveness while also fostering mentorship, leadership development, and capacity building.
Future Goals & Aspirations: I am committed to advancing instructional design, training, and leadership. Currently preparing for my PMP certification, I aim to strengthen my expertise in project management for training initiatives. My vision is to design scalable, innovative learning experiences that drive performance and foster professional growth.
